JD's Cycle Works was founded by Dave Stoddart in 2007. Being a gearhead his whole life, Dave had worked in the automotive industry from a young age.  After 20 years of working on, building and fabricating hot rods and race cars, he decided that it was time for a change.

Soon, his part time hobby of working on motorcycles became his full time passion.  Dave saw the need for competent tuners in the Tri-State area, so in 2007 he purchased a DynoJet250i and flew in the master himself, Doc Weaver to train him in all things Dyno.  With intensive training and through a lot of Research and Development, Dave has become one of the foremost names in Dyno Diagnostics in the region.

In 2013, Dave went to a local Harley Davidson dealer.  But after a few years of being in the dealer world, decided that he could better serve the motorcycle community with proprietary engine builds, premier  diagnostics, and upgrades that can be done on a more personal level.
